Ordering & payment
Choose your fabric in the configurator, add the Drift to your bag, and check out. The moment your order is confirmed, we send a production note to our workshop and your chair enters the queue.
All major cards plus European methods like iDEAL, processed securely at checkout. You pay in full — production starts once payment clears.
If production hasn't started, yes — email orders@sinkchair.com with your order number as soon as you can. Once your chair is in production the fabric is locked in.
Delivery & timing
Around ten weeks from the day your order is confirmed. Nothing ships from stock. You'll hear from us at week 2, week 8, and the day your chair is collected. See the full 10-week process.
Free tracked shipping across Europe, direct from the workshop to your door. For anywhere outside Europe, get in touch.
Boxed and shipped tracked. The box is roughly 62 × 82 × 102 cm. Assembly is minimal; the Drift arrives essentially ready to sit in.
Fabric & care
46 fabrics across four price groups — bouclé, woven, velvet, chenille, cord and leather-look. Browse them all on the fabrics page.
Yes — we're happy to send swatches. Request samples here.
Covers are fully removable. Fabric covers can be dry-cleaned or cold-washed; leather-look should be wiped with a damp cloth. Care details ship with every chair.
Returns & warranty
Because each Drift is made to order in your chosen fabric, custom pieces can't be returned unless faulty. Please choose carefully — and order samples if you're unsure.
Tell us within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right — repair or replace, at no cost. Email orders@sinkchair.com.
The Drift is built to last and covered against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, we'll sort it.
